Park Lane International School in the Czech Republic follows the National Curriculum of England. Our Secondary School in Prague 1 offers IGCSE exams and the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP). Our English International Primary School is located in the leafy and peaceful neighbourhood of Střešovice in Prague 6 while our High School section is located in the vibrant city centre at Malá strana, Prague 1. At Park Lane International School in Prague 6, and our new Senior (Middle and Upper) School in Prague 1, we run a varied and successful after-school clubs/ activities programme, sponsor cultural events and arrange school trips and sports matches (for example football matches against Riverside International School) to help enrich our students learning experiences. At Park Lane, one of Prague’s most reputable British international schools, we believe that school trips, special guests and events are an integral part of the curriculum and are essential for the development of our students. Since Park Lane International School continues to strive for excellence in education, we are delighted to announce the opening of our Secondary School in Prague 1 from September 2013. As Park Lane develops, within a few years we will have a fully established international Secondary School from Years 7 to 13 offering IGCSE courses and the IB Diploma Programme for our students. Students of Park Lane‘s High School sit for the Cambridge IGCSE examinations at the end of Year 11 and will finish their studies by taking International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) exams at the end of Year 13. A quality Czech programme also allows Czech pupils to meet the requirements of the Czech exit exam. The central location of our Secondary School in Prague 1 allows students to fully enjoy studying in the beautiful city of Prague.
